Breakfast-O-champs (wusses need not apply)

Can someone please tell me how to cook eggs. Seriously, I watch you egg eaters do it all the time and make it look SO easy. I love it when people cook eggs right. Good food, lots of protien, you can't "beat" it. I tried to cook eggs for myself this morning and it was disasterous! I grilled up some mushrooms, onions, and red peppers. YUM YUM right? This is easy for me, no problem....then the next step was to add the eggs. So I scrammble two eggs in a bowel, pour them into the skillet with the veggies and stir. The eggs proceeded to turn brown, I think from the mushrooms? And they never got quite cooked, and they tasted like whatever Justin was puking up Wed. night. AAAAHHHHHH How am I suppose to eat if I can't cook. For the past year I have lived on a frozen waffle sandwich diet and its getting old! (see recipe below)

Luccy's frozen waffle sandwich:

-two frozen waffles
-peanut butter (or any nutbutter of you choice)
-honey, butter, or jam (or all three)

1) toast waffles
2) spread on peanut butter on one waffle
3) spread on honey, jam, or butter* on the other waffle
4) place waffles together in the form of a sandwich
5) eat as you are running out the door trying to get to wherever it is you're late getting to

*if you have enough time, spread butter on each waffle before you put on the peanut butter and honey and/or jam (it makes the waffle have a crispy outside and a soft buttery inside)

Forget eggs...after typing this out I am totally craving a waffle sandwich.

PS - CONGRADULATIONS TO GIO and KELLY!!! Plus Gio is playing a show next thursday (4-21) at the Hi-Dive...I'll be there.
